Camden’s second Corporate Responsibility Report was divided into the three main sections you typically see in sustainability reports – Environment, Social and Governance – but was strongly anchored by employee portraits throughout, emphasizing its strong corporate culture and consistent place on multiple, annual “Best Places to Work” lists across the country. That sense of warmth was extended throughout the report and supported by strong metrics, bold highlights and a large, central graphic that illustrated, rather than explain in copy, the multiple measures Camden is taking to make its communities more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
